1. Introduction & Commitment
PixelVora (“PixelVora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the digital business identity platform accessible at https://www.pixelvora.in. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of information when you access or use our platform, create and publish digital business cards, interact with public cards, or communicate with our team.
We are committed to building a privacy-first platform. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we do not build cross-web advertising profiles.
2. What PixelVora Is
PixelVora is a Digital Business Identity Platform that enables professionals, creators, freelancers, founders, and businesses to build and share verified digital business cards, showcase products, services, and portfolios, receive client inquiries in a Unified Inbox, schedule appointments, and review privacy-respecting visitor analytics.
3. Categories of Information Collected
We only collect and process data necessary to provide and operate the PixelVora platform. Depending on how you interact with the service, this includes:
- Account Data: Information provided during registration and account setup.
- Card & Profile Data: Information you choose to publish on your digital cards.
- Communication Data: Inquiries, messages, and booking details submitted by card visitors.
- Usage & Analytics Data: Technical and engagement statistics generated when visitors interact with digital cards and our website.
4. Account & Registration Data
When you sign up for PixelVora, we collect:
- Your full name and contact email address.
- Account authentication credentials managed securely via tokenized authentication protocols.
- Subscription billing tier (Free, Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, or 7-day Pro Trial), subscription status, and non-sensitive payment reference IDs provided by Razorpay.
5. Profile & Digital Card Information
When you build and customize your digital business cards, you choose what business information to enter:
- Identity Details: Full name, professional headline/title, company name, bio, profile avatar image, and cover photo.
- Contact Options: Phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, and website links you configure for 1-tap contact saving.
- Showcases: Product catalog items, bookable services, portfolio samples/case studies, and photo gallery images.
- Social Channels: Links to your social profiles (such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or X).
- Custom URL Slug: Your designated handle on PixelVora (e.g.,
pixelvora.in/yourname).
6. Communication & Inquiry Data
When visitors submit an inquiry or booking request through a public digital card, we collect the details provided by the visitor (such as name, email, phone number, message text, and requested appointment time).
This inquiry data is delivered directly to the card owner's Unified Inbox inside their authenticated dashboard. We do not use inquiry data for marketing or ad-targeting purposes.
7. Analytics & Visitor Information
To provide card owners with actionable insights regarding their digital presence, PixelVora captures aggregate engagement metrics:
- Interaction Metrics: Card views, unique visitors, returning visitors, contact saves (vCard downloads), link clicks, and inquiry submissions.
- Technical Attributes: Device type (mobile, tablet, desktop), web browser type, and operating system.
- Traffic Attribution: Referrer source URLs and UTM campaign parameters (when present in the visitor URL).
8. City-Level Location Analytics (Explicitly No GPS)
PixelVora provides approximate geographic insights (country, region, and city) derived exclusively from standard network/IP request headers.
Critical Truth: PixelVora does NOT request device GPS location permissions, does NOT track continuous real-time movement, and does NOT record precise physical coordinates. All location insights are approximate and network-derived.
10. AI & Vora Assistant Data Handling
PixelVora incorporates our AI assistant, Vora, operating under two strictly segregated models:
- Public Vora (Marketing / Support): A public assistant helping website visitors understand PixelVora features, plans, pricing, and 7-day Pro trials. Public Vora has zero access to private user cards, private inbox messages, private leads, personal analytics, or billing records.
- Authenticated Vora (Dashboard Studio): An in-app assistant designed to help card creators draft profile bios, structure services, and organize card content. Authenticated Vora operates strictly within the authenticated user session context and user-submitted inputs.
We do not sell user prompt data, and private user card data is not used for training public foundation models.
11. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain your digital business identity cards and public profile pages.
- Process subscription billing, renewals, and manage account entitlements.
- Deliver inquiries and booking requests to your Unified Inbox.
- Generate aggregate performance and engagement analytics.
- Provide customer support, respond to inquiries, and communicate service notices.
- Maintain platform security, prevent fraudulent activity, and enforce our Terms of Service.
12. Public vs. Private Information
It is important to understand the distinction between public and private data on PixelVora:
- Public Data:Any information you intentionally add to a published digital business card (such as your headline, contact buttons, portfolio, gallery, and public social links) is publicly accessible to anyone who visits your card's URL or scans your QR code.
- Private Data: Your account credentials, billing transaction history, Unified Inbox lead messages, unpublished draft cards, and internal dashboard analytics remain strictly private and accessible only to your authenticated account.
13. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party service providers to deliver infrastructure and core platform functionality:
- Razorpay: Payment processing gateway for subscription billing.
- Supabase: Cloud database, authentication, and secure storage infrastructure.
- Vercel / Cloud Infrastructure: Web application hosting, edge routing, and content delivery.
- Google / AI Infrastructure: API services powering Vora assistant capabilities.
These service providers have access to information only as necessary to perform their respective services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data protection standards.
14. Payment Processing & Razorpay
All paid transactions on PixelVora are processed securely via Razorpay.
Payment Privacy: PixelVora does NOT collect, view, or store full credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net banking credentials on our servers. When you subscribe to Pro Monthly (₹99/mo) or Pro Yearly (₹799/yr), your payment details are transmitted directly to Razorpay, which handles them under PCI-DSS compliance standards. PixelVora only stores non-sensitive subscription metadata (such as Razorpay customer IDs, subscription IDs, payment reference IDs, payment status, and renewal period timestamps) necessary to manage your active entitlements.
15. Data Security Measures
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures—including SSL/TLS encrypted transmissions, row-level database security policies, and tokenized authentication—to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
Please note: While we work diligently to safeguard your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% invulnerable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
16. Data Retention & Preservation Policy
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service.
No Automatic Deletion on Downgrade: Changing plans, cancelling a subscription, downgrading to the Free tier, or trial expiration does NOT delete your cards, products, services, gallery media, or analytics history. Your data remains safely preserved in your dashboard. Data may be retained while needed to provide the service, support billing/security requirements, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
17. User Choices & Privacy Requests
You have control over your personal data:
- Access & Edit: You can view, update, or edit your digital cards and profile information at any time via your dashboard.
- Unpublish Cards: You can toggle any card to inactive/draft status at any time to remove it from public access.
- Privacy Inquiries: You may submit requests to inspect, correct, or inquire about your data by emailing support@pixelvora.in.
18. Account Deletion Workflow
You may request permanent account deletion at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@pixelvora.in.
Upon account deletion, any active recurring Razorpay subscription is immediately terminated, your public digital cards are taken offline, and your cards, showcases, inquiries, gallery media, and analytics events are deleted from active databases, except where retention of specific billing records, payment dispute data, or audit logs is required by applicable legal, financial, or tax regulations.
19. Children's Privacy
PixelVora is designed for professional, business, creator, and commercial use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@pixelvora.in so we can promptly delete such data.
20. Third-Party Links & Social Channels
PixelVora and user digital cards contain links to third-party services (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and external websites). We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party platforms. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
21. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect platform enhancements, operational changes, or legal requirements. When updates occur, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
